Unboxing the Instant Pot

I received the Instant Pot, Duo Crisp + Air Fryer as a Christmas gift. Below, check out the unboxing video. We tried it out – made tofu – There are a few things I would change.

I had an old Instant Pot to compare it against and have a few comments to make.

The big difference between the old and the new is that the new one is an air fryer, with a pressure cooking lid. (not a pressure cooker with an air frying capability). The air frying lid makes it quite large, and you will need to find a large space to store it. About the diameter of the pot itself.

We made tofu without oil. It was good, but I would like to try it with a little oil. I think it will make a good difference.
